Abstract

In order to study the effects of different straw decomposers on the growth of post-anthesis wheat and soil,screen out the straw decomposers suitable for high-yield fields in Shandong Province,four treatments of composting agents(T1 treatment,T2 treat-ment,T3 treatment,T4 treatment)were set up in the experiment,with the control treatment of returning straw to the field without ap-plying composting agents.The yield components,The SOD activity in the root system of wheat showed a decreasing trend between 7-21 days after flowering,and the application of composting agents significantly increased it compared to CK,with CK showing the largest decrease;The accumulation of MDA in wheat roots treated with composting agents decreased,the content of soluble protein in-creased,and the activities of soil urease and cellulase were significantly enhanced;The application of straw decomposing agent signifi-cantly increased the activities of soil urease and cellulase,improved soil physicochemical properties,and increased the contents of to-tal nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,and organic matter in the soil,T1 treatment,T2 treatment,T3 treatment,and T4 treatment increased yield by 7.65%,13.11%,11.96%,and 12.02%respectively compared to CK;The factors contributing to yield are all higher than those of CK.In summary,the application of composting agents can improve soil physicochemical properties,delay wheat root senescence,and achieve a yield increase of 7.65%to 13.11%;Among them,the composting agents Huan tian bao(T2 treatment),Jin kui zi(T3 treatment),and Wo tu Tian di(T4 treatment)have significant yield increasing effects and can be selected for application in agricultural production operations of returning corn straw to the field.
