六维力传感器输出信号采集系统研究
Research on six-dimensional force sensor output signal acquisition system
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve stable,high-speed,and accurate acquisition and online decoupling of the output signal of the strain type six-dimensional force sensor,a collection system that can achieve online decoupling of the output signal of the six-dimensional force sensor is designed.In the system,STM32G431C8T6 is used as the main control chip,and MAX11270 is used to convert the collected voltage signal into the digital signal and output it.The digital signal is transmitted back to the main control chip by means of SPI communication,processed by Butterworth digital filter,and decoupled online using offline trained decoupling parameters in the main control chip.It is output to the upper computer by means of Modbus protocol.The experimental research was conducted by means of calibration samples obtained from static calibration.The experimental results show that,after decoupling,the error-I is not greater than 2.5%FS,and the error-Ⅱ is not greater than 1.7%FS.关键词
