基于相空间重构的定子绕组端部机械振动信号监测研究
Research on stator winding end mechanical vibration signal monitoring based on phase space reconstruction

Abstract
The industrial environment where stator winding ends are applied has a large number of noise sources,and the mechanical vibration signal characteristics of stator winding ends have the features of wide dynamic range and high randomness,making the phase space structure of the vibration signal complex,difficult to accurately reconstruct,and unable to capture the complex dynamic behavior of the signal,and resulting in extremely high difficulty in vibration monitoring.On this basis,a method for monitoring mechanical vibration signals at the stator windings end is proposed.The three-axis accelerometer sensor is used to collect mechanical vibration signals at the stator winding end so as to obtain the time-frequency manifold characteristics of the vibration signals.By combining time-frequency atoms with phase space reconstruction method,the time-frequency distribution of vibration signals in various dimensions of phase space is reconstructed to accurately capture the complex dynamic behavior of signals,highlight the differences between vibration signals and normal signals,and improve the sensitivity of monitoring small changes in signals within a wide dynamic range.The enhanced vibration signal is input into a bidirectional long short-term memory network(BiLSTM)model,so as to realize the mechanical vibration signal monitoring at the end of the stator winding.The experimental results show that the JTFE index is significantly reduced after using the proposed method,indicating that the frequency band energy distribution of the vibration signal is more concentrated,and the vibration signal can be monitored more accurately.关键词
