Abstract

In order to study the impact of the seasonal factors on the quality of the embryo production and the effect of embryo trans-plantation,this test chose to use the embryo method in Tianjin to produce 536 dairy embryos in the Tianjin area,of which B or above level B or above the number of embryos can reach 366 pieces,and the number of embryos can be used by 4.58 heads;360 dairy em-bryos can be transplanted,with an average tire rate of 56.39%.The test results showed that the seasonal factors had a certain impact on the quality of dairy embryo production and embryonic transplantation effect.With the arrival of the hot season,the number of em-bryos production and the number of embryos in the body of dairy body would be reduced.Significantly below April,the difference was significantly level(P<0.05);The pregnancy rate of embryo transplantation was also affected by a large seasonal factors.As the seasons increase,the embryo in July and August the number of pregnancy cows and 30 d pregnancy rates that were transplanted significantly lower than the macaron(P<0.05)transplanted in May and June.In conclusion,seasonal factors have a great impact on the quality of embryo production and embryo transplantation effect on the internal control of dairy cows,embryo production and embryo transplanta-tion in Tianjin should not be carried out in a hot season.
