Abstract

In order to understand the prevalence and influencing factors of flue-cured tobacco black shank disease in Yibin tobacco-growing area and guide the prevention and control of the disease,the survey of flue-cured tobacco black shank disease in Yibin tobac-co-growing area was conducted through general survey and systematic investigation.The results showed that the incidence of black shank disease began sporadically in late May and reached its peak in early July.The prevalence rate of black shank increased with the increase of rainfall and field humidity.The incidence of flue-cured black shank disease was significantly affected by tillage,variety and transplanting period.The longer the crop rotation years,the less the incidence of flue-cured black shank disease.Xiangyan No.7 and Chuanyan 101 had the best resistance to black shin disease.It was better to transplant at the end of March to early April.The in-cidence and disease index of black shin disease ranged from 0.00%to 19.60%and 0.00 to 12.22 in Yibin tobacconic area,respec-tively.The incidence of black shin disease was more serious in low and middle altitude tobacconic areas in Xingwen County,Gongxian County and Pingshan County.In conclusion,tillage system,rainfall,humidity,variety and transplanting date are important factors af-fecting the occurrence of black shin disease in Yibin tobacco-growing area,while temperature and altitude are secondary factors.
