"双碳"背景下中国氢能发展回顾、面临挑战及建议
Review,challenges and suggestions for China's hydrogen energy development in the context of"dual carbon"strategy

Abstract
In the context of the"dual carbon"strategy,the development of China's diverse and clean energy is accelerating,and the combination of hydrogen energy and low-carbon energy system will become the"power engine"of China's energy transition.To promote the rapid development of hydrogen energy in China,based on the important role hydrogen energy plays in achieving the"dual carbon"goals,this paper investigates the development of the hydrogen energy industry worldwide,analyzes China's national hydrogen energy strategies and regional policies,and points out the prospects,challenges and suggestions for the development of the hydrogen energy industry.The following results are obtained.First,the market demand of hydrogen energy industry in China continues to grow,but the cost of hydrogen use remains high,which is one of the key factors restricting the large-scale development of hydrogen energy industry.Second,the underlying technologies in the"production,storage,transportation,and utilization"links of the hydrogen energy industry chain are not yet fully mature,which affects the synergistic promotion efficiency of hydrogen energy industry.Third,there are shortcomings in the construction of hydrogen energy infrastructure,and top-level design still needs to be strengthened.The safety issues in the hydrogen energy industry are becoming increasingly prominent,and the safety supervision system is not yet perfect.Fourth,according to the national situations,four relevant suggestions on the future development of the hydrogen energy industry are proposed:(1)improve the special policies for hydrogen energy,strengthen market supervision mechanisms,and implement the requirements of the national hydrogen energy development plan;(2)speed up the research and development of hydrogen energy technologies,and innovatively drive the development of the entire hydrogen energy industry chain;(3)focus on the hydrogen energy safety system to safeguard the entire lifecycle of the hydrogen industry;and(4)promote the globalization of hydrogen energy,and seek development through cooperation.In conclusion,under the"dual carbon"strategy,China's hydrogen energy industry is expected to ignite a prairie fire in the future.It is necessary to perform multi-party cooperation to break through the bottleneck of the hydrogen energy industry,achieve a leapfrog development from demonstration application to commercialization,construct a clean,low-carbon,efficient,and safe energy system as soon as possible,and help the smooth realization of the"dual carbon"strategic goal.关键词
