摘要

Abstract

Based on Social Information Processing Theory,this study discussed the impact of work-oriented ESM use and social-oriented ESM use on individual active and passive innovation behaviors,and the research hypotheses were verified with 352 data collected through questionnaires.The results are as below.Firstly,work-oriented ESM use positively affects passive innovation behavior.Social-oriented ESM use positively affects active innovation behavior.Secondly,sense of agency mediates significantly between work-oriented ESM use and passive innovation behavior.Sense of agency control plays a significant role between socially oriented ESM use and active innovation behavior.Thirdly,empowering leadership played a moderating role in the aforementioned research,enhancing the relationship between social media use and sense of agency in socially oriented enterprises,as well as the indirect relationship between social media use in socially oriented enterprises and proactive innovation behavior through sense of agency.Empowering leadership weakens the relationship between the use of social media in work-oriented enterprises and sense of agency,as well as the indirect relationship between the use of social media in work-oriented enterprises and passive innovation behavior through sense of agency.This study deeply explores the mediating mechanism and boundary conditions of ESM use on individual innovation behaviors,which provides a reference for how to enhance employees'innovation performance in enterprises in the context of digital transformation.
