Research on the Configuration of New Quality Productivity Improvement of Specialized Little Giant Enterprises from the Perspective of Organizational Resilience

Abstract

As the concrete embodiment of advanced productivity,new quality productivity is an important focus to promote the high-quality development of enterprises.Maintaining organizational resilience plays a key role in improving the level of new quality productivity.On the basis of measuring the level of new quality productivity by using machine learning method and big language model,taking 82 listed enterprises that have successfully declared the title of little giant as samples,this paper analyzes the driving factors of organizational resilience of new quality productivity by fuzzy set qualitative comparison method(fsQCA).The results are as below.Firstly,a single toughness factor does not constitute a necessary condition for enterprises to improve new quality productivity.Secondly,four types of resilience configurations can produce a high level of new quality productivity,including financial resilience-big customer cooperation R&D driven mode,financial resilience-big supplier cooperation R&D driven mode,compound executive team leading resource allocation model,supply chain cooperation-brand reputation building R&D driven mode,and there are typical cases in different configurations as support.Thirdly,there are three configurations of non-high quality productivity,among which the proportion of non-high R&D personnel is the key cause of non-high quality productivity.The research results reveal the multiple potential concurrent relationships of different resilience factors to promote the formation of high-level new quality productivity in enterprises,which can provide reference for SMES to reasonably deploy their internal and external resources and promote the substantial improvement of new quality productivity,and also help provide inspiration for the government to further cultivate little giant enterprises.
