摘要

Abstract

Curcumin metal complexes,serving as a stable form through chelation of curcumin with metal ions,can improve the bioavailability of curcumin,and enhance its pharmacological effects and so on.Due to the convenient synthesis,they are widely utilized in medical field.Herein,we summarized the synthesis,biological characteristics of curcumin metal complexes,as well as the current applications in medicine.In addition,we provided the outlook for future research of curcumin metal complexes,hoping to lay a foundation for expanding their application in biomedicine.
