数字化能力对制造企业服务创新的影响机理研究
Research on the Impact Mechanism of Digitalization Capabilities on Service Innovation in Manufacturing Firms

Abstract
Digitalization capabilities are the driving force for the development of service-oriented manufacturing in the era of the digital economy.However,the mechanism of their impact on the service innovation of manufacturing firms remains equivocal.Based on the service-dominant logic and dynamic capabilities theory,this study uses survey data from 268 Chinese manufacturing firms to examine the intrinsic relationship and contingency factors about digitalization capabilities,supply chain integration,and service innovation performance.The results show that digitalization capabilities enable manufacturing firms'service innovation performance through two mediating paths:internal supply chain integration and external supply chain integration.The mediating effect of external supply chain integration on the relationship between digitalization capabilities and service innovation performance is greater than that of internal supply chain integration.In terms of strategic choices for value co-creation,manufacturing firms focusing on proactive market orientation towards potential customer needs will further enhance the role of digitalization capabilities in enabling service innovation performance through supply chain integration.The findings of this paper are helpful in revealing the interaction mechanism between digitization and service-oriented manufacturing and provide management implications for the service innovation of manufacturing firms.关键词
