Integration of Industry and Finance and Digital Transformation of Enterprises:Testing of Financial Institutions Based on Entity Enterprises Holding Shares

Abstract
the Integration of Industry and Finance is an effective way to promote the aggregation of financial resources to entity enterprises and facilitate their transformation and upgrading.Based on the data of China's A-share listed companies,this paper empirically analyzes the impact and mechanism of the combination of industry and finance on the digital transformation of enterprises.The results show that the combination of industry and finance can promote the digital transformation of enterprises,and it is still valid after passing a series of robustness tests.The mechanism test shows that the combination of industry and finance can promote the digital transformation of enterprises by exerting resource effect,information effect and governance effect.Further research finds that the promotion effect of the combination of industry and finance on the digital transformation of enterprises is more obvious in non-state-owned and small and medium-sized enterprises,and when the enterprise is in the environment of poor digital financial environment and more intense competition,the promotion effect of the combination of industry and finance on the digital transformation is more significant,indicating the difference of enterprises'thinking of change or thinking of security in different situations.The research conclusions provide a new perspective for the reasonable evaluation of the implementation effect of the integration of industry and finance,and have policy implications for the country to give full play to the synergy effect of financial services real economy strategy and digital transformation strategy.关键词
