摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine packet,Baduanjin and traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on negative emotion and rehabilitation effect of patients with erosive gastritis.Methods A total of 110 patients with erosive gastritis were selected,all of whom were treated in Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,55 cases in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine packet and Baduanjin combined with psychological nursing,while the study group received traditional Chinese medicine packet and Baduanjin combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing.The negative emotions and rehabilitation of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of negative emotions,acid spitting,belching,abdominal distension,epigastric pain and sleep quality in the study group were significantly lower,and the quality of life score was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of traditional Chinese medicine packet,Baduanjin and traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing can not only significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients with erosion gastritis,but also promote the recovery of the disease,effectively reduce the degree of symptoms,improve the clinical efficacy,and significantly improve the quality of sleep and life.关键词
