Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of systematic nursing intervention on the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC)with radioactive nuclide 131I.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,102 patients with DTC treated with radioactive nuclide 131I at the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology were randomly divided into two groups,51 patients each. The control group received conventional nursing care, while the study group received systematic nursing based on the control group's care. The two groups were compared for the incidence of adverse reactions, medication adherence, psychological state, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction. Results The study group had a lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher medication adherence and nursing satisfaction compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After nursing intervention, the study group scored lower than the control group on the Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, and higher on the Health Survey Scale, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention for patients with DTC treated with radioactive nuclide 131I can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve medication adherence, alleviate negative emotions, enhance quality of life, and increase patient satisfaction with nursing care.关键词
