摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life in hemodialysis patients with hypertensive nephropathy. Methods From October 2022 to January 2024,68 hemodialysis patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to Nanyang Zhang Zhongjing Hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group was provided with comprehensive nursing intervention on top of the care given to the control group. The two groups were compared using the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scales(NSNS),as well as levels of serum prealbumin(PAB),total protein(TP),and transferrin(TF).Results After nursing care, the scores of each dimension of SF-36 and levels of serum PAB,TP,and TF were higher than before nursing care in both groups, and were significantly higher in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores were lower compared to pre-nursing care, with the study group showing significantly lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).NSNS scores were higher in the study group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is an ideal nursing model for hemodialysis during hypertensive nephropathy, which can improve patients'quality of life, alleviate negative emotions, prevent malnutrition, and achieve high patient satisfaction, making it worthy of clinical application.关键词
