Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of the prescription review system combined with manual review on the rationality of outpatient prescription medication. Methods A total of 200 outpatient prescriptions conducted from January 1,2021,to December 31,2021,using the manual review model were extracted as the control group.Additionally,200 outpatient prescriptions under the prescription review system combined with manual review model from January 1,2022,to December 31,2022,were extracted as the observation group. The rationality of medication, conformity of prescriptions, prescription quality scores, and outpatient physician satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of irrational medication in the observation group(3.00%)was lower than that in the control group(11.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of non-conformity in prescriptions in the observation group(2.00%)was lower than that in the control group(16.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).All prescription quality scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Outpatient physician satisfaction in the prescription review system combined with manual review(60.00%)was higher than that in the manual review model(10.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The prescription review system combined with manual review effectively enhances the rationality of outpatient prescriptions and the satisfaction of outpatient physicians.关键词
