Application Analysis of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Animal Model Based on Literature Mining
目的 通过研究慢性盆腔炎动物模型造模方法及各项检查指标要素,为提高其造模的成功率、评价受试药物有效性提供方法学参考.方法 以"慢性盆腔炎"和"动物模型"为主题词,搜索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang)、PubMed和Web of Science(WoS)等数据库,收集实验动物种类、造模方法、造模时长、给药周期、检测指标等建立数据库并进行处理,归纳常用造模方法、造模关键因素及模型特点等.结果 纳入符合标准的文献 133 篇,其中使用…查看全部>>
