摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology,various industries are gradually undergoing digital transformation.In the medical field,the evaluation process for senior professional titles in health and medicine has also begun to utilize computer network technology.However,most systems currently primarily rely on PC platforms,and the user experience on mobile devices needs improvement.This study takes the Guangdong Province Health Professional Senior Title Application System as an example.Through researching existing mobile application technologies,Hybrid technology,Capacitor framework,and Quasar Framework were selected as the main technical means.Following the MVVM pattern,a cross-platform mobile app was designed and implemented.This app includes a complete application process where users can easily fill out application information,upload relevant documents,and view review results in real-time.The application of the mobile app has enhanced the efficiency and convenience of the application process,providing valuable insights for the digitalization process in the healthcare sector.Future improvements could focus on optimizing performance,strengthening security,and expanding more convenient functional modules to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
