Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing(SN)in maintenance hemodialysis(MH)nursing of patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:A total of 72 patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in Zhouqu County People's Hospital,Gannan Prefecture,Gansu Province from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized nursing.Blood glucose(FPG,2 h PBG,HbAlc)control,kidney function(BUN,Cr)indexes,mental state(HAMD,HAMA)and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of FPG,2 h PBG and HbAlc in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.BUN and Cr levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of SN in MH nursing of DN patients can control blood glucose level well,regulate renal function,have a better mentality and a higher compliance.关键词
