Expert consensus on presbyopic spectacle dispensing(2025)
摘要
Abstract
Presbyopia is a physiological insufficiency of ocular accommodation caused by aging.With the aging of the population and the increasing demand for near vision,the visual disorders caused by presbyopia are becoming increasingly prominent.Currently,spectacles are still one of the primary methods for correcting presbyopia.However,presbyopic spectacle lenses present different design characteristics,and the demands of the presbyopic population for visual correction vary among individuals.Therefore,there are increasingly higher technical requirements for the dispensing of these lenses.To standardize the dispensing process of presbyopic spectacles,improve the dispensing quality,and ensure the effective-ness and comfort of spectacles,dozens of ophthalmologists in China have reached the final consensus through data review,content preparation,communication and discussion,revision,review,and finalization,thus providing reference and guid-ance for ophthalmologists and technicians.关键词
