Dual Mode Detection of Chlorogenic Acid Based on Silicon Quantum Dot via Fluorescence Spectroscopy and Colorimetric Method

Abstract
A silicon quantum dots(SiQDs)was prepared by refluxing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(APTES),sodium ascorbate and sodium citrate with heating at 90℃.Based on the SiQDs,an efficient,sensitive and convenient method for the detection of chlorogenic acid(CGA)was constructed based on the dual-mode fluorescence and UV absorption via electrostatic adsorption between SiQDs and CGA.The SiQDs possessed good water solubility as well as excellent selectivity for CGA.The fluorescence quantum yield(QD)of SiQDs was as high as 0.58.Under the optimal working conditions,the linear range of fluorescence detection of SiQDs was 0.054~265 μmol/L,and the limit of detection was 0.018 μmol/L.The absorbance detection of SiQDs was 0.516~45 μmol/L,and the limit of detection was 0.172 μmol/L.In addition,the analytical detection of CGA in Lonicera japonica Thunb.was realized by using the spiked recovery method,which showed good recoveries(97.76%~105.5%).关键词
