Abstract
Based on analyzing the current situation of fast-track patent pre-examination,corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed for the problems existing in pre-examination work.Patent pre-examination and standardization are both crucial elements for technological innovation.The organic integration of the two can better play their respective characteristics and advantages.Exploring the establishment of a standardized model for pre-examination services of intellectual property patents is conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of patent examination,optimizing the examination process,and enhancing the overall effectiveness of intellectual property management.关键词
