摘要

Abstract

This paper proposes the construction of a new standards system for failure of large-volume hydrogen gas cylinders,aiming to fill the gap in standards and improve the safety management level of hydrogen gas cylinders.This standards system includes multiple aspects such as design,manufacturing,inspection,and use,covering failure mode classification,failure mechanism analysis,failure detection methods,and failure assessment standards.By systematically analyzing the current situation and standard requirements of the industry,this paper provides scientific basis and practical guidance for the standardized development of hydrogen gas cylinders,promoting the high-quality development of the hydrogen energy industry.
