Abstract
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China emphasized the need to vigorously develop the circular economy,and proposed promoting the large-scale equipment renewals and the trade-in of consumer goods through standardization in 2024.With higher requirements,the trade-in program will further boost the consumer durables industry,such as automobile and home appliances.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part starts from the consumer durables industry,expounds on the current situation and shortcomings of trade-in and reusing from the perspectives of consumers,enterprises and the state,and briefly proposes the direction of the solution;the second part reveals the important value of high-level standardization,and briefly proposes how to solve the existing industrial problems with high-quality standardization based on the national situation;the third part,from the international perspective,points out that the synergistic effect of circular economy can be maximized by coordinating with international standards,and standardization can drive the redevelopment of the consumer durables industry based on trade-in.关键词
