褪黑素与针灸治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的疗效及对血清性激素、卵巢动力学的影响
Curative Effect of Melatonin Combined With Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency and its Effect on Serum Sex Hormones and Ovarian Dynamics

Abstract
Objective To analyze the curative effect of melatonin combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods A total of 168 patients with POI admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into combined group and control group by random number table method,with 84 patients in each group.The basic treatment of the two groups was hormone replacement therapy.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis,while the combined group was treated with melatonin tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,serum sex hormones[estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)],antral follicle count(AFC),pregnancy-related protein and ovarian hemodynamics[ovarian artery end-diastolic velocity(EDV),peak systolic velocity(PSV),pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of E2,AMH,AFC,pregnancy-related protein level,EDV,and PSV in both groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,LH,FSH,PI,and RI in both groups were higher than before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Melatonin combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of POI,which can improve serum sex hormone,antral follicle count,pregnancy-related protein and ovarian hemodynamics,and further improve ovarian function.关键词
