Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of different courses of quadruple therapy(pantoprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin+bismuth pectin)in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 68 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Xinfeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2023 were selected and divided into routine group(34 patients)and prolonged group(34 patients)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with quadruple therapy(pantoprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin+bismuth pectin).The conventional group was treated for 2 weeks,and on the basis of the conventional group,the extension group extended the duration of pantoprazole and bismuth pectin for 1 week.The medication time of pantoprazole and bismuth pectin was 1 week.The clinical efficacy,symptom changes(heartburn,abdominal distension,nausea),gastric ulcer healing time,adverse reactions,and recurrence(3 months after treatment)were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the extended group was higher than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores(heartburn,abdominal distension,nausea)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the symptom scores(heartburn,abdominal distension,nausea)of the extended group were lower than those of the conventional group(P＜0.05).The gastric ulcer healing time in the extended group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the conventional group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Quadruple therapy(pantoprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin+bismuth pectin)is effective in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Prolonging the treatment time of pantoprazole and bismuth pectin on the basis of routine treatment can improve its clinical efficacy,promote the improvement of symptoms,accelerate the outcome of the disease,reduce the risk of recurrence of gastric ulcer,and do not increase the adverse reactions of patients.关键词
