The Path to Promote the Standardized Construction of Property Management in Universities—Example of"Standards Implementation"in the Bidding Work of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications

Abstract
With the continuous promotion of socialization reform in university logistics,it has become a common practice for many universities to select professional enterprises to undertake logistics property management service tasks through bidding and procurement.However,in the process of bidding for logistics property management services in universities,the prior problem in the bidding process of organizing property management services is to objectively and scientifically determine the service scope,service standards,and bidding control prices,which ought to comply with relevant standards and regulations,improve the happiness of teachers and students,and maximize the efficiency of the school's investment.This paper takes the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example,focusing on analyzing the difficulties and pain points of property management service bidding in universities from the perspective of promoting standardized construction of the property management in universities.It explores the path of introducing third-party institutions to conduct necessary evaluations in the bidding process of logistics property management services in universities.关键词
