The Application of"Motor Star Sealing"Technology in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Elevators

Abstract
In order to improve the safety of elevator use,this paper focuses on the risks of old elevators driven by permanent magnet synchronous motors for without electrical braking function,and carries out analysis based on the requirements of setting up other braking devices such as electrical braking in the new version of TSG T7007-2022,Regulation for type test of lifts.The paper mainly analyzes how to achieve electrical braking function through star sealing technology,from perspectives of the development,implementation principle,inspection and usage conditions of star sealing technology.It explores the application of"motor star sealing"technology in high-speed elevators,which is of great significance for preventing the danger of"top collision"or"falling"caused by sudden attenuation or disappearance of braking force in elevators.关键词
