摘要
Abstract
The evaluation of standards application and implementation is of great significance for the development,implementation,improvement,and promotion of standards.The application of standards can fully play the role of standardization,establish technical order,and achieve common benefits.This paper conducts research on the evaluation index system for standards application and implementation from the perspective of the entire life cycle of standards.On this basis,the construction of a standards implementation feedback system is carried out,so that standard users or individuals can give feedback on the application of standards according to the evaluation system.By establishing the evaluation system and feedback system,we can promote the application feedback of standards,accurately evaluate the effect of standards application,promote continuous improvement of standards,enhance the authority and credibility of standards,facilitate the promotion and application of standards,and ensure that nuclear power standards can continuously meet actual needs and maximize the benefits.关键词
