摘要
Abstract
This paper describes the principle,process and characteristics of loop-mediated isother-mal amplification(LAMP)technology and its application in the detection of drug resistance genes.LAMP technology has been widely used in the field of molecular biology due to its high ef-ficiency,specificity,sensitivity and simplicity.In addition to the basic LAMP detection methods,some novel LAMP technologies,such as IMS-LAMP,LAMP coupled with CRISPR/Cas system,LAMP coupled with Argonaute system,LAMP sensors,and LAMP coupled with microfluidic chip,are also introduced in this paper.In addition,for the detection of drug-resistant genes,LAMP technology shows a good application prospect in the detection of drug resistance genes,which provides an effective tool for rapid and accurate detection of drug resistance genes.关键词
