Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of gastroscopy hemostasis in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods According to random number table method,65 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosed and treated in Yanshan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=33)and study group(n=32).In the control group,patients were treated with conventional medical hemostasis,while in the study group,patients were treated with endoscopic hemostasis.The total effective rate,treatment index(successful hemostasis time,hospitalization time),fasting gastric juice pH value,and incidence of adverse reactions(hematemesis,nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,limb weakness)were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,patients had higher the total effective rate of treatment than that in the control group(P＜0.05).In the study group,patients had shorter the hemostasis time and hospitalization time than those of the control group(P＜0.05).At 24,48 and 72 h after treatment,compared with before treatment,the pH values of fasting gastric juice in the two groups were higher,and compared with the control group,the pH values of fasting gastric juice in the study group were higher(P＜0.05).In the study group,patients had lower the incidence of adverse reactions than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic hemostasis is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which can effectively improve the hemostatic effect,shorten the hemostasis time and hospitalization time,improve the pH value of fasting gastric juice,and has fewer adverse reactions.关键词
