Interpretation of the Standard DB11/T 2280-2024,Guidelines for evaluation of urban resilience
摘要
Abstract
On June 28,2024,the Beijing Municipal Administration for Market Regulation released the DB11/T 2280-2024,Guidelines for evaluation of urban resilience,which came into effect on October 1,2024.The standard specifies the scope,terminology,general principles,evaluation indicators,methods,and procedures for urban resilience evaluation.It establishes an evaluation indicator system of four dimensions:spatial resilience,engineering resilience,management resilience,and social resilience.This paper introduces the development background and main contents of the standard,as well as the significance of its implementation.The aim is to enhance the understanding of the standard among stakeholders and promote its wide application.关键词
