踝关节骨折内固定联合Endobutton钢板在伴踝关节骨折的急性下胫腓联合损伤中的应用效果
Application of Ankle Fracture Internal Fixation Combined with Endobutton Plate in Acute Distal Tibiofibular Syndesmosis Injury with Ankle Fracture

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ankle fracture internal fixation combined with Endobutton plate in the treatment of acute distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury with ankle fracture,providing a reference for clinical practice.Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with acute distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury and accompanying ankle fracture,treated at Zhengzhou People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024,were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different surgical fixation methods,they were divided into a control group(41 cases)and an observation group(44 cases).The control group underwent ankle fracture internal fixation combined with routine ligament repair using anchor fixation,while the observation group received ankle fracture internal fixation combined with Endobutton plate fixation.The operative time,bed rest time,fracture healing time,medial clear space(MCS),tibiofibular clear space(TFCS),tibiofibular overlap(TFO),Baird-Jackson ankle function score,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter operative time,bed rest time,and fracture healing time compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Six months postoperatively,the MCS and TFCS values decreased,and the TFO value and Baird-Jackson score increased in both groups.Moreover,the observation group had lower MCS and TFCS values,and higher TFO values and Baird-Jackson scores,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ankle fracture internal fixation combined with Endobutton plate significantly improves surgical-related indicators,promotes recovery of ankle function,and reduces the risk of complications in the treatment of acute distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury with ankle fracture.关键词
