Abstract
In response to the demand for the intelligent transformation of China's manufacturing industry,this paper takes transportable pressure vessels as the research object and systematically analyzes the technological and standardization development paths as well as core requirements of intelligent connected special equipment.Firstly,the research explores the technological evolution directions from four aspects:informatization,networking,automation,and intelligence.It proposes integrating traditional processes with sensors,the Internet of Things,artificial intelligence,and other technologies to build a data management system,covering the entire life cycle.By strengthening the selection of communication technologies and the design of security mechanisms,the operational efficiency and safety of the equipment can be improved.Secondly,regarding the standardization requirements,it conducts an analysis from aspects such as product and component specifications,information coding rules,communication module architecture,big data platform construction,and operation models.It clarifies key implementation paths such as data element definition,precision standards,and modular design.The results show that developing unified technical standards and operation specifications can effectively break down information silos and ensure the interconnection and stable operation of the equipment.The conclusion points out that the construction of the scientific and technological and standardization systems for intelligent connected transportable pressure equipment is an important support for the optimization and upgrading of the special equipment industry and high-quality development,which provides a theoretical basis and practical framework for the safe and efficient management of equipment and the improvement of international competitiveness.关键词
