Abstract
Shenzhen has officially implemented the local standard DB4403/T 176-2021,Management and application specification of the unified social credit identifier for legal entities and other organizations,on August 1,2021,which regulates the working mechanism of Shenzhen's unified code from three aspects:data elements,data management,and application.This paper interprets the background,main contents,and innovation points of the standard,as well as the implementation effectiveness over the past three years,in order to better promote the continuous improvement of the standard.关键词
