标准化助力金砖创新基地高质量建设策略研究
Research on Strategies for Standardization to Facilitate the High-quality Construction of the BRICS Innovation Base

Abstract
High-quality construction of the BRICS Innovation Base is a major historical task entrusted to Fujian province and Xiamen city by the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core.Standards are a universal language in the world and can promote global connectivity.Facing the complex internal and external environmental pressures,it is necessary to do a good job in standardization work during the construction of the BRICS Innovation Base,to facilitate BRICS exchanges and cooperation and give full play to the role of the BRICS Innovation Base as a platform and window in BRICS cooperation.In response to the new challenges and issues faced by the standardization work of the BRICS Innovation Base under the new situation,it is proposed to establish the BRICS Standardization Coordination Center in Xiamen to coordinate BRICS standardization work,and provide systematic,in-depth,precise,and efficient standardization technical support for construction of the base.To ensure that the center achieves the expected results,supporting measures are put forward from the perspectives of establishing a multi-department communication mechanism and providing sufficient resources.关键词
