摘要
Abstract
Organic pollutants,heavy metals and wastes generated during pesticide production have caused significant impacts on soil quality,and the outdated manufacturing enterprises have more serious soil pollution problems.To deal with this challenge,it is necessary to establish a standards system of prevention and control of the characteristic pollutants of the pesticide manufacturing industry,to refine the classification and management of pollutants,consider the differences in production processes,and strengthen the coordination with other policies and regulations.In addition,the standards implementation and monitoring mechanism should be strengthened,and the internal management of enterprises and public participation in supervision should be promoted,which can be important measures to achieve the effective protection of soil environmental quality.关键词
