Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods A total of 50 patients with suspected meniscus injury of knee joint admitted to Hukou County People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects.All affected limbs were underwent MRI and arthroscopy.The diagnostic efficacy of MRI on meniscus injury of knee joint and the detection of different meniscus injury sites were analyzed.The consistency of MRI and arthroscopy in the grading diagnosis of meniscus injury was analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for meniscus injury of knee joint was 92.00%,the sensitivity was 93.18%,and the specificity was 83.33%.There was no significant difference in the detection results of meniscus injury between MRI and arthroscopy(P＞0.05).By Kappa test,the diagnostic results of MRI and arthroscopy for meniscus injury grading were moderately consistent(K=0.582).Conclusion MRI can play a high diagnostic efficiency in meniscus injury of knee joint,and its detection effect is good,which has a positive evaluation value for the degree of meniscus injury.关键词
