Abstract
This paper summarizes and sorts out the management departments of geographical indication products at levels of province,city,county,and district in Shaanxi,as well as the field survey data.It analyzes the classification and regional distribution data of standards for geographical indication protection product in Shaanxi,as well as the classification and regional distribution data of standards for effective geographical indication certification trademarks in Shaanxi.It is found that the standardization of geographical indication products in Shaanxi province is currently facing problems such as imperfect standards system,outdated standards,inadequate standards structure,lack of prominent indicators in standards reflecting the characteristics of geographical indication products,low efficiency of standards implementation and application,and low degree of standards information sharing.Suggestions are put forward to integrate departmental functions and responsibilities,give institutional planning requirements for the development and revision of standards for geographical indication products,do a good job in the source development and implementation of standards for geographical indication products,establish and improve the standards system of geographical indication protection,strengthen the supervision of the standards implementation for geographical indication protection,and build a standard information service platform for geographical indication products.It is expected to provide reference for the standardization development of geographical indication products in Shaanxi province.关键词
