Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on mental health and quality of life of puerpera after cesarean section.Methods From October 2022 to October 2023,66 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Yiyang County People's Hospital were enrolled as the research cohort.Through the application of the random number table method,these parturients were randomly allocated into a control group and an observation group,each group consisting of 33 parturients.The control group was administered routine nursing care,whereas the observation group received comfortable nursing on top of the routine nursing regimen.The postoperative mental health[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)],Kolcaba Comfort Status Scale(GCQ)score,Postpartum Fatigue Scale(PFS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and EPDS scores in both groups were lower than tthose before nursing,moreover,the SAS and EPDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The GCQ scores(spirit,physiology,psychology,environment and social culture)of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the GCQ scores(spirit,physiology,psychology,environment and social culture)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After nursing intervention,both the PFS scores and PSQI scores of the two groups decreased than those before nursing,meanwhile,the PFS and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores on the WHOQOL-BREF in both groups increased than those before nursing,moreover,the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the mental health of parturients after cesarean section,relieve postpartum fatigue,and improve sleep quality and quality of life.关键词
