Abstract
The coating thickness gauge has a significant advantage in the metal coating thickness measurement.However,in the use of coating thickness gauges,there is a lack of the corresponding verification procedures and unified calibration specifications.Therefore,in the use of coating thickness gauges,it is easy to be affected by many factors,and is difficult to ensure the reliability of measurement results.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the making of standard samples of coating thickness gauges,evaluates its uncertainty,and puts forward the calibration method of coating thickness gauges,in order to provide effective reference for related personnel.关键词
