Abstract
Objective To study the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model on patients with lower limb fracture,and to observe its effect on postoperative fracture healing time and self-care ability.Methods Using the random number table method,50 patients with lower limb fractures diagnosed and treated in Gao'an Ruizhou Hospital from February 2020 to March 2023 were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative nursing intervention.The fracture healing time,ambulation time,self-care ability,nursing satisfaction,complication rate and daily living ability(Barthel index)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the fracture healing time and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were earlier(P＜0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and disease health knowledge in the two groups increased,and compared with the control group,the scores of self-care skills,self-care responsibility,self-concept and disease health knowledge in the observation group were higher(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with before intervention,the Barthel index of the two groups increased,and compared with the control group,the Barthel index of the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients with lower limb fracture,shorten the time for patients to get out of bed,improve their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their daily living ability.It has an ideal clinical application effect.关键词
