Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and its influence on sleep quality.Methods Sixty patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to Hukou County People's Hospital during the period from January 2020 to March 2023 were enrolled as the research cohort.Employing the random number table approach,they were randomly allocated into a control group and an observation group,each consisting of 30 patients.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,whereas the observation group was subjected to refined nursing.The amount of bleeding,bleeding time,nursing satisfaction,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction level in the observation group was markedly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).In terms of bleeding-related parameters,both the blood loss amount and bleeding time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Concerning various aspects of quality of life,namely psychological function,social function,material life,and physical function,the scores in the observation group were all substantially higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Additionally,the sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding is effective,which can improve their sleep quality and quality of life,improve the nursing satisfaction,and reduce the amount of bleeding and bleeding time.关键词
