摘要

Abstract

This paper mainly introduces the status of production quality management of factories for infants and children.Based on the requirements of national standards,it innovatively explores the establishment of a quality management system suitable for factories of food for infants and children—V-synergy quality assurance(VSQA),briefly describes the content and characteristics of the system,and introduces the results of practical application in the management mode of existing factories and OEM cooperative factories.Through practical operation,the system has improved the quality of the infant food industry as well as the ability and quality of food practitioners,which significantly enhanced the overall performance and reduced costs.
