摘要
Abstract
Industry 4.0 is revolutionizing manufacturing with automation and digital technology.However,there are still manual operations at the production frontline,which are challenging to be automated in the short term.This paper introduces a method to standardize operations based on data governance.By collecting and analyzing the employee's work data,it establishes a standardized operation evaluation system to effectively solve this problem.It shows that through this method,a factory has increased the standardized operation level by 20.29%,significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality.This paper provides an important reference for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.关键词
