Establishment and Application of Standards for Work Safety Standardization Assessment and Rating in Large Groups

Abstract
This paper introduces the content,highlights and application of the Work Safety Standardization Assessment and Rating Standards of CNNC(hereinafter referred to as the"Standards")developed by CNNC,using advanced safety management methods and concepts of PDCA in combination with the actual situation,which can provide important guidance for other units to develop standards when carrying out work safety standardization.Covering the entire industrial chain of the nuclear industry,the"Standards"has a reasonable framework,and is comprehensive and focused,with detailed and specific content.The"Standards"introduces the safety performance quantitative evaluation system,which reflects the"bottom-line thinking"and the"red line awareness".After the practical test of work safety standardization in all member units of CNNC,the"Standards"has played a good guiding and leading role,laying the foundation for the improvement of safety and environmental protection management of CNNC.关键词
