Abstract
ISO 32120:2024,Transaction assurance in E-commerce—Guidelines on sharing goods quality assurance traceability information in E-commerce supply chains,was officially approved and published in September 2024.In the context of E-commerce,it elaborates on the generic process for establishing traceability for goods quality assurance,identifies critical tracking events and key traceability information,and provides methods for sharing the collected traceability information.This paper introduces the development background and significance of the standard,and interprets the main content of the standard in detail.关键词
