Abstract
Evaluating the implementation effects of standards through scientific and reasonable evaluation methods can accurately and timely reflect their applicability and implementation effectiveness,which is crucial for perfecting the standards system and promoting the steady development of standardization work.Taking the meteorological sectoral standard QX/T 636-2022,Climate resource assessment—Climatic ecological environment,as an example,this study constructs a three-dimensional evaluation system covering content quality,implementation status,and effects,in accordance with the requirements in the Guidelines on Evaluating the Implementation Effects of Local Standards in Anhui Province(Trial).By utilizing questionnaire data and factor analysis,an evaluation model was established,and scores and weights for each indicator were obtained.The results show:(1)This study preliminarily verifies the scientificity,feasibility,and universal applicability of the standard;(2)The overall evaluation score of the standard is 8.79,indicating good quality in general,which also has the highest weight and score of content quality;(3)It is recommended to further enhance the readability of the standard's content,and strengthen promotional and interpretive efforts to improve the quality of services related to climatic ecological environment.This study provides a reference for subsequent evaluation of the standard.关键词
