Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic myomectomy(LM)in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 62 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Kaifeng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024.Patients were divided into two groups based on different surgical approaches,with 31 cases in each group.The study group underwent LM,while the control group underwent Tradi-tional Open Myomectomy(TAM).Clinical efficacy,intraoperative blood loss,time to first ambulation after surgery,time for bowel sounds to return,length of hospital stay,and incidence of postoperative complications(soft tissue injury,wound infection,bowel obstruction)were compared between the two groups.Results The effective treatment rate in the study group(96.77%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(70.97%),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The study group had less intraoperative blood loss,as well as shorter times for first ambulation,return of bowel sounds,and length of hospital stay compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(3.23%)was lower than that in the control group(19.35%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy is effective for treating uterine fibroids,can optimize perioperative indicators,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and holds clinical value for application.关键词
