摘要
Abstract
The testing method standards are important technical basis for inspection and testing institutions.Based on national standards for food safety,contracts,specifications,and the application scope of the testing standards,testing institutions must select appropriate methods to complete the inspection and testing work.This paper combines practical work to explore how to correctly select standards for testing methods in the testing process,which can help food inspection and testing institutions better select the standards and ensure the legality and compliance of their reports.关键词
