摘要

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of standardized evaluation system of training effect,and verify its effectiveness through empirical analysis.First of all,this paper determines that the standardized evaluation system of training effect includes four evaluation index systems:response layer,learning layer,behavior layer and result layer,which comprehensively covers different levels of training effect.Secondly,the training effect is quantified by means of questionnaire survey,written test,practical performance assessment and performance data analysis.Finally,through the empirical analysis of the skills training project in a manufacturing enterprise,it verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the standardized evaluation system.The results show that the standardized evaluation system can effectively measure the training results and has high practicability and scientificity.
